15th Annual United States Golf Teachers Cup®
October 18-19, 2010

The bright lights and fabulous entertainment of Las Vegas are only a half-hour away from the location that will serve as the host for the 15th annual United States Golf Teachers Cup. Primm Valley Resort in Primm, Nevada, near the Nevada/ California border, is poised to welcome USGTF and WGTF members from around the United States and the world for the October 18-19, 2010 playing of the USGTF’s national championship event. All WGTF Level III & IV members are eligible to play.

Both courses, the Lakes and the Desert, will be utilized. Each was designed by the legendary Tom Fazio, and offer spectacular scenery and excellent playing conditions. The Desert Course will be the site of first-round play on Monday, October 18, and the championship will finish Tuesday on the Lakes Course.

Primm itself has numerous amenities to offer, including casino gaming, shopping, and fine dining. For the more adventurous, walking and riding trails are located in the nearby desert and mountain areas.

#1: 3-night stay Sunday-Tuesday with two tournament rounds – $575
#2: 4-night stay Saturday-Tuesday with two tournament rounds – $635
#3: 5-night stay Friday-Tuesday with two tournament rounds –

A MINIMUM  PURSE OF $25,000
will be guaranteed based on a full field of 132 participants

OPENING WELCOME PARTY
at Primm Resort, Sunday evening, October 17

CLOSING BANQUET AND AWARDS CEREMONY
Tuesday evening after the final round

A new division, the Legends, will be contested this year for participants 70 and over. Other divisions include Open, Ladies, Senior (50+), and Super Senior (60+). Additional prize money will also be awarded for Ladies 50 and over.

The low scorer, regardless of division, will be the United States Golf Teachers Cup champion.

Practice rounds are available on Saturday, October 16 and Sunday, October 17, for $90 before Noon and $50 after Noon. Unlimited use of the practice facility is included with each paid practice round and on each tournament day. To reserve your practice round, please contact the Pro Shop at 888) 847-2757 or (702) 679-5509 and mention the group booking name, USGTF.

Important Note: Because of the pricing requirements of the resort and golf courses, a commuter package is unavailable. There will be an administration fee of $150 charged to those who withdraw prior to both the entry deadline and the tournament. Entries will be handled on a first-received, first-served basis. Entry deadline is Thursday, September 23, 2010, 5:00 p.m. EDT. As we expect this tournament to be sold out prior to the entry deadline, please get your entry in early. Those who enter prior to the deadline but after the field is full will be put on an alternate’s list.

It is each participant’s responsibility to make sure he or she enters in the proper division. After the entry deadline, there will be no division changes, no exceptions. Please confirm with the USGTF National Office prior to the entry deadline that you are listed in the proper division.
